To date this has been one of the easiest experiences in this whole process! Last week we were out at the property and a SC DOT Truck had stopped on the road to work on a sign. The builder had told us that in NC the DOT puts the culvert drain pipe in when one is needed. I asked the SC DOT workers if that was an option here and they said absolutely! They gave me the number to their shop to call and request the pipe. I called on the way home and spoke to a man who took my info and said they’d be out to check it out soon. Monday morning I received a call that he was at the property and wanted to confirm some things with me. Today - Thursday - a week after my initial call, they were out there with their machines, trucks, and multiple men and they had it all installed!
